THE FRIDGE DOOR
A place for fanart
Fanart by JAEneth
https://www.deviantart.com/jaeneth
A few months ago, a long-time reader of mine messaged me out of the blue to tell me about a picture of Nikola from Seven-Point Star that he made. It made me so happy that I wanted to make a blog post out of it. Then the art just kept coming.
He ended up sending me so much that I decided to give it its own page. Congratulaions, you are now on the fridge door!

Raina and Nika
Another piece by the same artist.

Final Moments
POV: You are the bad guy.
This piece is honestly amazing and I am appalled at how underrated it is.

Nikola by JAEneth
Nikola from Seven-Point Star. This was the first fanart piece that the artist going by "JAEneth" on Deviantart surprised me with.

Raina by JAEneth
The grinning mugshot of a dashing villain with red hair and green eyes appeared. “The infamous thief colloquially known as Der Poltergeist, real name Belladonna Durand—”
“Allez vous faire foutre,” I mumbled.
“Allez vous faire foutre,” I mumbled.

Magical Lockpicking by JAEneth
Artist's interpretation of Raina's magical "hacking" power. He told me it was mostly a practice piece, but I love it regardless.

Scanner by JAEneth
This doesn't correspond to any particular scene in Seven-Point Star, but I love the bit of visual storytelling here.
The great white magitech thingamajig, which JAEneth told me is his take on a magical scanner (like the one that scans the truck right in the first scene of the book) hums with a colourful aura as Raina works her magic, literally. It's built on top of an older concrete structure, the new consuming and towering over the old, which is a recurring theme in the book.
You can also see other people, presumably fellow street rats cheering Raina on. The book never elaborates, but it implies that she has (or used to have) some street cred and connections that helped her stay alive and do her "job". It's just a great piece all around, honestly.

SPS Doodles by JAEneth
Super simple, but I adore the style. Yep, that's Raina. Honourable mention to a smug little Nika in the corner.

Gala by JAEneth
If you get it, you get it.
The attention to detail is what makes this. The artist even thought to put a pair of glasses in front of the dismembered lower body on the right so you know who's supposed to be sitting there. Oh, spoilers, I guess.
